Homeowners Association

On this page you will find information about our Homeowner's Association, our Board of Directors, the various committees that you can serve on, and some other key individuals that can help you if you have a question or concern.

Rivershyre Community Association Inc.

The association is operated in accordance with its approved governing documents. Our annual homeowner's association meeting is held the third Tuesday of September at 7:00 pm at the Rivershyre Clubhouse.

Board of Directors & Officers

This board consists of officers and elected directors. Officers are chosen by the Board members at its December meeting. Our By-laws require that the Board officers include a President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. Additionally, the immediate Past President serves and the Board may chose to select an Assistant Secretary and/or an Assistant Treasurer. Elections for the coming year's open Board positions are held every September at the Annual Meeting of Members. For continuity of leadership, all terms do not expire in the same year. Our annual budget is also reviewed at this meeting. Special elections are held as deemed necessary. Association members will be notified of these meetings in accordance with our Association documents.The Board of Directors holds a monthly meeting and all homeowners are invited to attend. The meeting is held in the Rivershyre Clubhouse monthly on the 1st Tuesday of the month at 7:30 pm. All residents are welcome to come observe the Board's meetings.

Committees

The Board of Directors has established committees to oversee certain aspects of the neighborhood's and the homeowners association's operations and business. The committees meet at regular intervals as noted in the table below. All homeowners are invited and encouraged to attend. All meetings are held at the Rivershyre Clubhouse.

Each of these committees works to established charters and has an open membership policy. You may join as many as you wish and at any time during the year. Homeowner participation if greatly encouraged and is necessary to ensure a successful homeowner's association.
